Made-to-Order

As a made-to-order brand, each item is crafted specifically for you. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the production of your order. The processing time begins once your payment is confirmed.

Custom Orders

For fully custom or bespoke orders, additional time may be required. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeframe during the consultation process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

However, you will be kept informed oF all updates regarding your order as it progresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we quality check every item before it leaves our atelier, and strive to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we understand that issues may arise. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, once production has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information
